I bought two of these with the TRD hammocks. I'd say 45* is the lowest they work for us, but I have always added a poncho as uqp. I have the same complaint with feet slipping outside of it. Not sure if there's a way to resolve that without a complete re-mod, which is outside my ability. As it's my first uq, I have no comparison. I ordered a Mac-Gear 10*, so that will be my below 45* solution when I get it.

I have the Yukon Outfitters version of this UQ. Its a 50F quilt. If you have and add a PLUQ or a ground foam pad it will go to about 35. They sewed it in the shape of a canoe which helps them conform to the hammock but not to the person trying to get a diagonal lay. I think ENO has a very similar quilt. My guess is they are all made by the same company in SE Asia.
This UQ is back on Woot. Thoughts about it but have already made a DIY UQ. It works great! Never been cold in it and something about DIY that makes me appreciate it more.

I will jump on the Jarbidge wagon here I have the 3 season jarbidge and it will take me down to about 20-25 degrees with a 30° mummy bag as a TQ. I could push that a little more if i slept in a warm base layer.
I have the Twisted Root UQ and camped with it a couple weekends ago in 32°F weather. Hands down agree that 35°F is wishful thinking. My guess is this is useful at 45°F at the lowest. I have to add, though, that while I can see feet slipping out being an issue for taller peeps, at 5'1, I had no foot-slippy problems.
