I'm still up for next weekend and the the spot near Hinckley is still available for us. This thread has been kind of quite, so it might just be the two of us Hobo, unless Chemguy is still available and able to make it. If anyone else is interested it is an open invitation and there is no hiking required with parking at the wooded site.

I've been working a lot the last few weeks, had a couple of back to back on Call weekend shifts and will be happy to get out for a night or two by next weekend for sure.
Hobo, what is the almanac and weather under ground saying about next week?

Well, invitation open to all, as Diz said. Anyone looking for a real hike or something south, let Trees Company know.
As for Hinckley, it looks like a possibility of rain on Friday/Saturday, Sunday not forecasted yet (other sites suggest Tstorms or rain on Sunday, with similar temps). Knowing the site, shoes with good traction are probably warranted.

I'll be heading out on the 24th for 2 nights to ? if anyone's interested.
Not sure. Thinking Tracy Ridge, Minister Creek if the PA weather is decent, I don't mind cold but don't usually go when it raining and cold ha... If it's better in S. Ohio, maybe Wayne. I did Wildcat a couple weeks ago so maybe Archer's? If it's going to be even better more south then Dolly Sods? But that's a 5.5 hour drive for me.
I've heard good things about Tracy Ridge, Ministers Creek and also Hearts Content in PA. I want to get there sometime, only 2-3 hours for me, but it hasn't happened yet. Dolly Sods is on my wish list too, but the drive would make it more of a three day trip for me to make it worth while.
