It's getting closer folks!! I added another column on the spreadsheet for "who's eating crawfish". I will need to know this to plan on how many lbs to cook. If everyone would be so kind to go back and complete that I will appreciate it.

I will be there. I am hiking Eagle Rock Loop that week and we will head to y'all after the hike. Can't wait to see everyone again. The only problem is that I may not be able to bring any boudin due to the hike during the week before. I will see what I can work out.

I have a source for the boudin Cajun. No worries!
