Thanks. I assume that weight includes the ridgeline organizer. So maybe 18oz just hammock + bugnet. That's about the weight of an 11ft netless with fronkey style net. Not much savings.

The raven probably packs down smaller though. I know my 11' Dutch netless with the fronkey bug net when in the stuff sack is thicker than my DH dangerbird with over cover and it's a wider hammock than my Dutch one

How much would it cost to have a previously bought Raven modded with these new features?

I'm afraid modding an older one to the new design would not be very practical.
Pulling over 50 ft of stitching and re-working it would likely cost as much as a brand new one.

I asked awhile ago when the Raven first came out, but the design hadn't been around long enough for thorough testing etc. I was wondering if it could now come in .67 nanoseeum?

Contact me directly via email and maybe we could arrange to try one in this lighter netting.

what is the difference from the older net shape and the new one besides the zippers and snaps?

Is the overcover also redesigned like the bug net?

The ends are tapered to reduce bagginess and provide a better seal to the hammock body.

    Yes, it's the same shape.
