Sorry to be missing you guys. I WAS supposed to be in Florida today but a bit of a medical emergency involving a spider bite has me going nowhere until my course of antibiotics is done. Hope to see you guys at another soon.

Me and CoffeeGirl had a blast. We loved the BBQ and delicious strawberry&whipped cream desserts. Hotlips&Kingsford, y'all outdid yourselves with great cuisine and ☕️ coffee. Speaking of COFFEE, Ken's show of multiple stoves and great African coffees was matched by great storytelling, most of which seemed true. Ken your coffee was better than mine--with rich smooth flavor not found in instant.
I'm not going to list all the great people that I got to pick with, me and Brenda had a great time.
I noobed out last night as rainwater got past my drip lines and made both ends of hammock damp--wasn't that me on Hammock Forums advising someone how to stay dry under tarp?!?!? Oh well anyone can make rookie errors and live to tell about it.
I slept dry since my hammock is twelve feet long and short fat me was a long way from ☔️ rain.
Thank you Stubby and thank you jkd Jeremy. Jeremy y'all left before I could thank you personally and thank y'all both for braving the unknown and smoking exploding eggs for me, haha!!!

Thank you all for being such a wonderful group.

Thanks for the complements on the coffee.

STOVES .. Yes, I have a few, and I could have brought a lot more. I showed a good mix of varying old camp stoves from days gone bye.

Newbee here, I didn't get my hammock wet. the whoopie must have been the drip stopper as Sandman614 said before I headed in for the night.

Thank you so much HotLips and KingsFord! You guys are incredibly gracious and the reason these events are so welcoming.

Thanks to everyone else who came from near and far. We truly enjoyed the conversations and we're glad to have the hammocks to bring us all together.

    Until next time we hang...✌️
