    Received the hammock today... What can I say other than I am truly pleased! The lay is firm, but not too much!

    I very much enjoy my 2.2 hex freebird. The fact is I know I can always count on it. I had a friend rip a hole in his hammock and land on his butt once. Luckly we were road tripping and not through hiking so we got him a new one the next day. The fabric has little stretch and is not near as silky as the 1.6 hyper d. PapaSmurf has a video of him and MamSmurf testing out the abrasion resistance. Its really impressive.
