Apparently, my mesh bag with ropes and tow system went home with a couple with Stand Up Paddle Boards. I did not meet them so I don't know how to contact them, but apparently they were leading a trip or two. If anyone knows who they were could you please have them contact me so I can arrange to get my things.

Timberr and Gumbo: Your dedication to this hang is admirable. It is not an easy task to organize, lead, and direct a crowd of 250+ every year. Thank you for staying committed to this. Our hammocking community is grateful for all you do. Giving back in whatever way (through service and/or monetary donations) seems like a small contribution compared to what you take on each year.
I couldn't manage the time off work this year so I missed all of you terribly, and like everyone else, am already looking forward to next year, too.
Special thanks to those who stayed to cleanup on Monday: Ghang, Agatha, Timberr, Gumbo, and all those throughout the hang who lent a hand, so that we can leave Doe Lake in even better shape each year. They say, "Many hands make light work"....and we are learning that it can be lots of fun, too!

Alright now that the purchases have been made and delivery scheduled, I thought I would share a bit more about what we were able to accomplish this year as a result of the money collected for HANGCON.
Doe Lake received the following: Air compressor, power washer, new rugs/mats for the entrance areas around the lodge, a washing machine, and a stainless steel refrigerator. An extra something (a microwave) was donated by Team Green. Next year we hope to be able to replace the other refrigerator as well.
The folks at the Florida Trail Association will be getting a donation too. They do a great job as was evidenced by the video comments about how well maintained the trail is here in Florida.
The rest of the funds went to cover the costs of HANGCON. It takes some doing to feed and care for 250+.
Thank you everyone who donated to HANGCON. Vendors thank you for making our raffle so great and attendees thank you for buying lots of tickets and making donations. Because Doe Lake is such a fantastic venue, I'm glad we are able to consistently leave it better than we found it each year. You all make that possible.

Once again I Had a Blast! and every year I drag along someone else. This year my Lovely wife Anna Maria was able to attend and she had a great time! She commented how it feels like one big family and I could not agree more So thank you all for allowing us to be a part of your Family.
I want to thank Timber, and Gumbo you guys never cease to amaze me at how well you keep things going it's a huge undertaking organizing a event like this.
I want to thank Lilricky, Florida Hanger, for organizing the Hikes, Sweeping the floors and tending the Fire. One day I will enjoy one of the Kayak trips and Hikes.
Jack , Richtofla, The Green Team, and all the Kitchen staff who gave their time and talent to prepare all the wonderful meals I thank you!
The Saturday Night Shrimp boil crew I truly enjoy spending that time with you guys! Your all awesome!
