My wife and I both have the UGQ underquilts, 20* and we love them.

From all the reports HG quilts are superb as well.

As has been stated, you really can't go wrong either way.

I just got my 66"x44" UGQ Zeppelin. Depending where your 220 lbs are located, the 44 wide is plenty wide. I am a broad shoulder 5'10" 195lb and have a ton of width for Shoulders ("53.5" shoulder girth or so)and the 66" is an awesome size and would be perfect for your height.

The Zeppelin suspension pulls nice and tight up to the hammock and my shoulder on the head side (head left) has plenty of coverage. That said, if you want excessive guaranteed coverage, a 48" would be a ton of width. UGQ quilts are absolutely superb quality and I am extatic with mine. I also own a HG Phoenix and it's great as well though.

I would recommend you lay in your hammock and have someone help you with a tape measure from underneath the hammock. Hold one end to your outside shoulder and see how far 44" then 48" covers to your other shoulder. Use a liberal curve in the tape measure to allow for loft. Some prefer the extra coverage, but for me it would be wasted. I do use a clip on the outside shoulder attached to the hammock body to keep the UQ from slipping off my shoulder. Good luck.

Btw, HG can add an extra 5" baffle taking an incubator to 49" wide. I can't remember the additional cost, but you can contact them to compare with UGQ.
Do you use a pad or something for your feet? If so, what do you use. I'm looking into getting a phoenix and want some ideas for keeping the feet warm.

I've been very happy with the Phoenix. This is the pad I use and works great for me.
