A simple solution I first used as a full time hanger was a fleece "hammock" underneath my sleeping hammock. I guess you could also call it a full length uq. At the time it seemed much simpler to make than a traditional uq with the added advantage of no fiddle factor. I also used a normal blanket on top.

I just throw on my UGQ UQ when I hang in my house.

Indoor hammockers, what do you use for insulation inside?

if it's not too cold in your house at night, a sleeping bag will work well. my house is usually at 67F at night, and a decent bag is sufficient.

I'm lucky enough to own a full length down underquilt from wilderness logics, so I use that and a blanket.

For the hammock I made for my daughter's bedroom I sewed two cheap fleece blankets to a tablecloth, one on top, the other below... very snuggly!
Easy to wash, throw it all in, fleece dries quick.

I have to admit, using my UGQ UQ allows me to be cheap and keep my bedroom at 15˚C, which is probably more like 12˚C near the windows, 100% of the time. I think I've saved enough on Hydro that my UQ has paid for itself!
