I only really discovered hammocks of the camping type last year when looking for a tent to go camping in the area around my parents in Sweden (miles upon miles of pine forest but ground covered in boulders). I got a Hennessy Hammocks Explorer deluxe asym zip and my husband ended up joining me in my newfound adventure by getting a DD Frontline hammock. We had a great time hiking and wildcamping in August, and for Christmas we've expanded with a Hex fly for me and a 3x3 m tarp for him, as well as a DD Underblanket each. So I really hope to get more time out in the hammocks now and inspiration and ideas from you lovely people, of course!
