There is enough of lenght also in M version, but in cold weather, you will always be happy to have some additional material on your feet or over your head. Dont worry the M version. The size is more important to topquilts.

Dont have a picture of selva 600 L version with a person, but its a bit larger, which I am not sure is needed.
found L version with adult person, he is some 175cm high. You can see, there is pretty much of unused length.

But I know people use the underquilts for wide hammocks. I dont think there are special UQ for wide hammocks.
