Apologies if this note comes through twice: It's still not super-clear to me. (Sorry...I'm a newbie!) The website indicates that it's an either/or bug net or overcover with both perhaps being an option. It's not clear to me. Your specific order sheet isn't clear to me either. So...is it one or the other or both? Thanks!

It has both. You can use the net in the summer and the solid cover in colder weather.

No optional tieouts other than what comes with it. It has one tie out as shown in the picture.
