    FlexAir Inflatable Pillows (from LiteSmith)

    http://www.litesmith.com/flexair-inflatable-pillows/

My wife and I received these pillows for Christmas and I just used mine for the first time last night in my backyard snow hang. (size small)

I inflated it about halfway, and took it out to my hammock. When you are handing the pillow it sounds very crinkly and papery, which made me wonder how comfortable it would be.

It was AWESOME. Much better than the old Coleman Quallofill camp pillows I had been using, and a fraction of the weight as well.

The only drawback IMO is that you need a straw or something similar to inflate it. I'll have to figure out how to incorporate that into my kit, although i do have some ideas (maybe the tubing on my gravity filter can serve a dual purpose).

The crinkling was never an issue after I put it under my head and it sort of wedged into the hammock fabric.

If you want a very pack-able and VERY light-weight pillow option for your hammock that is also comfortable, a scant 0.56 oz (16 g) (per website), IMO this will definitely fit the bill.

I have a pillow I got from AHE that I've been using since it came with the "starter pack" I got from them but I've been too cheap to buy one for my son making him use clothes rolled up in a stuff sack...and he complains every time. I broke down and added one of these to my last order from Dutch for him and he can't wait to try it next time out!
If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.

Great... Now there's yet another gear supply site I'm going to be obsessed with now. Thanks for the post. 😁
