I have it and love it. Slept in yellowstone on the first day it opened last year so was still cold outside. There was ice on the outside of my tent in the morning. I slept in a merino base layer on a thermarest all season pad and was toasty.

Only hammocked in warmer weather with a fleece blanket so cant comment on its suitability for cold hammocking

Back in the 80's I purchased an $850 dollar Gore-Tex Marmot 700 fill down bag, and could easily sleep on a Full Size Thermarest on the ground into the low teens without any insulation on the body such as wool or down parkas and pants.

When the weather was warm, I slept on top, and would draw the sides up and over me without zipping it up. To be sure, it weighed about 4 lbs, but was pretty versatile in trips to Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Washington. Places like Crater Lake and the Wind River Range.

So, if you sleep warm then by all means give it a shot. This bag served me well from 40-deg F down to minus 15-deg F, and lasted for a good 15 years, until I lent it to my brother-in-law who trashed it out totally within one year as an over-the-road trucker...ha!
