Newbies from Tennessee!

Hello! We are Kelsey and Jarod from Tennessee. We are JUST getting into hammock camping now that we finally have most of the gear we need (thanks mom). We are seasoned campers/ adventurers and have both been dying to get into the hammocking scene. I (Kelsey) just graduated with my bachelors in biology and Jarod is an army officer so we haven't had that much time until now. We found most of our inspiration from watching Shug's YouTube videos (wooo buddy). We just ordered the materials needed to make our own underquilts and that is the last thing we are waiting on to really get going. I have a feeling that we will be looking to y'all for some advice on that (please help us). We would love any advice or suggestions going into this winter camping season (it actually got below 20 degrees in Tennessee today). We started an Instagram account, Squeaky Toy Adventures, and will soon (hopefully) be YouTubers ourselves! We are overly obsessive dog parents of a German shepherd and a lab and try to take them adventuring as much as possible. We really look forward to meeting people on here and learning a lot.
