Thanks for all the nice comments everyone!
Thanks,
Yes, I think I would still give it some stitching. It's simple and fast. Just a few in and out stitches, then turn the cord 90 degrees and do a few more. There is a good diagram in one of Sampson's pdf files.
Thanks stumo, that is 7/64" amsteel. 1/8" works well also.
Thanks Michael. I failed to give credit to PacoWarabi in the credits. I used his "Tabletop Demonstrator" and camera mount described in his youtube vids and on his blog. Thanks Paco!!

HB and I are taking to the woods today and tonight to field test Whoopie/UCR suspensions and the new Dynaglide tarp tie-outs. Really curious whether we'll be breaking ice, plodding through snow, tromping in the mud or all of the above.

Thanks. Yes, just a simple piece of music/hobby wire doubled over, makes a great tool.
Thanks Shug! Had my old rough voice in the first version. Couldn't stand to listen to it. Hands and music are better. Folks say they are visual learners anyhow. Seasons Greetings to ya!
