I too, ordered my HG Incubator 0'with a special expedited request. These guys are amazing and the customer service is top notch, not to mention the Incubator is awesome. Saving up for the TQ next....

I guess this was way Adam got a little upset with me a few week back when I said about how I loved George's custom work on my quilts. Still love my peppers but these quilts are just as much of a WORK OF ART as my quilts.

My experiences with HG over the past couple of years have been outstanding. I quite literally have yet to find or have an issue with anything I have purchased from HG. Long live HG!!

Hi Meckie,

Thanks for the kind words about our quilts. My apologies for not recalling our conversation about the custom work you had done by George. I certainly did not mean to come off as "upset".

Not only is he a great guy, but he does excellent, original work...and I have told him so.

I DO take issue when vendors accuse someone of copying their design, but do the same thing themselves. I think most people agree that calling out an ethics violation while practicing poor ethics is somewhat hypocritical. Just my opinion.

I napped in my HG TQ and UQ and it was GLORIOUS:::::::::
Warm and I found the Incubator to be suer easy to adjust.
I'll be making a video of how to properly fit an HG UQ soonest.
