HG customer service is amazing. I just decided today that I'm going to the NoVa hang next weekend. Even though I just ordered my TQ Sunday night I emailed to see if there was an off chance I could get it before then. Harry got right back to me and said they would make sure I had it for the hang. Truly awesome. I'm sure I'd be just fine without it and even stated so in the email, but he assured me it wasn't a problem at all. I know where Im going for my next UQ now to match the Burrow....

There's a bit of a difference, but I could agree. Similar, indeed.

Original response deleted out of respect for OP and HG, my apologizes for the intrusion. As I always tell folks HG builds great gear and we even refer them when we can not meet a need date for someone....

SMH...I have so many things to say regarding this post by Paul, the owner of UGQ, that I do not know where to begin....so I won't. I also know that no good would come of it....sigh

I will therefore choose to remain professional, respect the OP, and stay on topic.

On that note, I would like to thank you guys so much for the kind words. We are so glad you love your quilts! Great shot of your set, Shug! May they keep you toasty warm in the piney woods of the north!

I received a 40 Burrow/Phoenix set today. Would you believe I ordered it 8 days ago? I don't know how HG are shattering lead times but I'll definitely take it when compared to 6-9 weeks with some comparable vendors.

Thank you Kroma, are lead times are a bit longer than 8 days (not much) but we are like a well oiled machine over here in OHIO!
