You are going to get as many recommendations are there vendor on the forums Why? Because there really is no "best" answer out there. All the active vendors here make good products depending on what you call good. My recommendation is to make a list of your requirements, look through the vendor to see who can meet the requirement, then call/email at least 3 of them.

Here is what my requirements list looked like:
    1) 2 week delivery! This was an absolute for me since I had not UQ when I started
    2) Down - Do not want to carry synthetics around in a pack due to size/weight
    3) Full length - I also move around a lot
    4) 20F +/- Temp rating
    5) Good Customer service response - I expect responses to emails/voice mail within 1 business day and I wanted good reviews on the forums which I strongly suggest you check before selecting vendors.
    6) Competitive pricing. 10% +/- mid point of the vendor is what I was looking for. Not the highest and not the cheapest.

Once I went through all of the above I contacted my top 3 vendors and asked a ton of questions.

Me? I ended up with Jacks R Better but there were many vendors I could have chosen. I selected JRB based on delivery time and customer service. I have not been disappointed because I have since purchased 3 more quilts from the Jacks.

I've never used an UQ or hammocked in cold weather.
Well, if your trying to stay around $100.00 then your only real option is diy or a Jarbidge with a foot pad, or a really lucky find in the for sale threads.
If you want a good quality uq that is well made and will never leave you cold then my personal opinion is an uq from UGQ'the wait is 5-6 weeks but well worth it imo.
Paul from UGQ's has allways responded within hours of my emails and is great to do buisness with.

I ordered a Loco Libre Cayenne Pepper UQ. I will be here in a few days. I am very excited.

Thanks to everyone for all the advice and input. I know there are multiple good choices but it really helped to get advice.
