I have a UGQ down pillow. It's stuff pretty fat and I only use it when temps are going to be below 50. It keeps my head insulated. I love the mitten hook and shock cord that allows me to connect it to my suspension so it doesn't move around on me.

I have a summer pillow and a winter one.
Obviously the winter one has seen some use lately. Exped Down with air bladder on the back side.
Packs small. Nice.
About 4 years ago, I picked up an REI Backpacker pillow.

It can fold in on itself to get smaller, but I just stuff it in my pack as-is since it fills the gaps better.
I like the curved edge as it fits the contour of the hammock better and doesn't move around when I'm sleeping.
In the zippered portion, I store my balaclava, cap, and/or gloves inside so that I know where they are in the middle of the night and they're easy to get to.
lots of good responses with different pillow types.... HYOH, but I have slept so well with my pillow

I use a Coccon fleece lined stuff sack (Amazon), size large.
When I go to bed, I stuff it with my 800 fill First Ascent vest that I always bring with me camping, unless it's the dog days of summer in which case I just stuff it with whatever I have handy. Supports my neck and base of my head perfectly, and when it's in the pack it holds my sleep clothes, uneaten Packit Gourmet, or anything else I have to empty out before bed. Multi-purpose, fairly light, and super comfortable.
Edit: I also have the pillow you're reviewing. Like others have said, too big for backpacking, and even for how I sleep in a GE. Mainly keep it in case I ever have to sleep on the ground again.
I first Purchased a S2S Pillow and loved it. However, it was losing air so I sent it back for a replacement. During that time I purchased a Hammock Gear Down Pillow followed by a Klymit Air Pillow. Each pillow has Pros and Cons. Klymit is the lightest, Down Insulates the best and feels good on the face but is the least supportive and the S2S Aeros is still my number one all around choice. If interested, I did a Video on the S2S and HG Down Pillow (in a hammock) http://youtu.be/oktoLKGhRMA
I also did a seperate one for the Klymit (Got it from Massdrop)http://youtu.be/i9E__bKPLu8I
I find it funny that people say it's too big for backpacking. I use a small pack (ULA ohm) and I always have room. Just not sure what you guys are talking about? I mean I get the sentiment, but HYOH and I guess SYOB (stuff your own bag) but for me I have backpacked long enough to get my gear down and base weight down to the minimal...now I've brought back a couple of luxuries to make things better. I might consider some other pillows suggested, but I am done with a stuff sack and clothes as a pillow. I just sleep too well with a real pillow.
