I'm about to complete tarp number 2

I'm sewing the last of the rolled edges on my second tarp. It was a pre cut 12' Hex from RBTR.
I'm learning sewing techniques and developing more skills with each project.
I have a really solid plan for how to do a third one and I can't wait.
Unfortunately I seam ripped a fair amount of one corner reinforcement in particular. As long as I seal it up good I should be alright. Correct?
    Thanks,
    -T

If the corner is near one of your edge tie-out, I wouldn't sweat it too much since it's near the ground anyway. Yeah, if you want, seal it up good with 100% silicone.
Actually if you dilute the silicone in mineral spirits (low odor), it spreads a lot easier.

I am much happier with my sewing skills this time. Probably still not great sewing but it looks okay to me.

Looks sweet. Did the precut fabric make things that much easier? I'm (also) planning for my next tarp and was wondering if the precut catenary cuts were worth the extra dough.

I feel that they are worth it. I almost had an anxiety attack thinking I cut my other one incorrectly. And that one didn't have cat cuts. Lol.

Cool that's what I was thinking too. Who cares if the corners leak? They are a long way from your head. Lol.
