MO - Last minute trip to Paddy Creek Wilderness

My wife and I were going to do an 18 mile loop trail together this Saturday and Sunday in the Paddy Creek Wilderness, but she injured her back earlier this week. Perfect hiking/camping weather is expected so I'm doing it solo unless anyone here wants to tag along. Two fairly easy 9-mile days with one overnight and leisurely lunch breaks is what I had in mind. I plan to leave from the Roby Lake trailhead around 10-11am Saturday October 22nd and return around 4-5pm Sunday.

Hey Gideon! Thanks for the reply. Perhaps another time, yes. Unfortunately, I can't make the group hang... my wife's birthday is 11/4 and I'm whisking her away for a surprise weekend down in Branson, otherwise I'd definitely be there. Hawn State Park sounds like a great place. Hope you guys have fantastic weather!
