DIY: Triangle Thingies

First time making triangle thingies. First time adding grosgrain ribbon to the edges of anything. First time sewing D-rings into loops.

Here's a one minute review of what I did.

I hear ya about the projects. A month ago, I didn't even know what triangle thingies were. Now I have a pair!

Thank you! I didn't like working with the grosgrain ribbon. A rolled hem seems much easier to me.

One tip on the grosgrain, which I use for binding seams on the inside of backpacks, is to fold it in half and run it over the edge of your table, back and forth. This puts a fairly persistent crease in it, and I then use wonder clips to hold it in place while I sew.

But I agree that a rolled hem seem like a good solution for this application.
