I think I can do a piece up to about 108" x 300". That's on the conservative side.

Most likely you will be cutting this piece down. If you keep the 9' dimension Tyvek weighs 1.85 oz per linear foot. If you cut down both dimensions, figure 1.85 oz per square yard.
