    VIDEO > PA > 1st SOLO overnighter

Cross that off the bucket list, completed my 1st solo overnighter, hiked the Minister Creek Trail again. I figured I might as well keep it simple and go somewhere I know.

Thanks for sharing! I appreciate your reasons for going. Time to think. I went on my first solo camping trip this spring. I don't know if I really ever relaxed. Thought about work too much. Then I went on my second solo trip a month later and completely relaxed.

I actually like the rain, I sleep well with the rhythm of the drops. Good living, man!

I'm glad my 1st experience was more like your 2nd, I need to clear my head and was surprised how quick I was able to relax on the trail. I love sleeping in the rain, hate rolling my tarp up wet though

If you like Morrison, you'll love Minister Creek. I've done both and they are great, I'd like to try Tracy Ridge, or some trails further east like Black Forest or the STS.

You could always post up a trip to Minister Creek and maybe we can get a group to go! Just be careful out there, hunting starts in a couple weeks...
