    11-foot hammock

I use a shorter hammock and am interested in buying a used 11-foot to try one out. This will help me to decide how/if to consider changing my hang. Not looking for anything fancy...11 feet long, good working condition (safe-no tears), ripstop or other similar fabric with finished ends. Stains OK, but not if they come with smells. I don't need a bugnet, UQ, ridgeline, suspension or anything else. Because this is a test of sorts, I would like to do this on the cheap, as in $30 or so. I am willing to consider more than a hammock body as part of the deal, but please remember that I am trying to do this on the cheap. Please include length/width in your reply. Thanks.

    Thanks, dkurfiss.

I should add that I am thinking about a used hammock out of a sense of recycling/reusing. Something that will be saved from languishing in storage and which has some life left to it would fit the bill. I'll also plan to spread the love, and will use it to help educate a student-led outdoors club at the small college where I work. Thanks for the replies so far, they are greatly appreciated.

I might offer an 11' by 72" wide from 2toutdoors.com for borrow. I can ship it to you in a small flat rate box. You can try it out and send it back to me. I would like it back by March or April.

It is brand new. I tried sleeping in it in the woods once and hung indoors once. No stains, tears, or smells.

    Let me know.
