    Show us your hammock system

So I did a quick search and did not see a consolidated thread where people could share their hammock system. I am interested to see what color/pattern/material combinations you guys have used for your hammock/tarps/quilts/etc. I think this would be perfect for those looking for a little inspiration for their next DIY project. Post a picture of your system with little bit of information about it.

Heres my setup. Hennesy hex 12' tarp with a DIY red and gray hammock. 11' finished length and about 70" wide. Whoopie slings and straps to hang it. Currently using a sleeping bag and pad but really looking forward to the day i can get a UQ.

There are two kinds of people in this world. Those that can extrapolate from incomplete data.

Kinda obscured here but camo WBRR with diy down underquilt in grey. There's also a Snugpak Jungle Blanket diy top quilt in olive in the hammock. The tarp is a Snugpak All Weather 10x10.

Our (my wife and I) setup consists of two sage green table cloth DIY hammocks, and we typically hang using Dutch's Double Whoopie Hooks with spreader bar. We currently use a Kelty Noah's Tarp, 12' to hang under. Our UQs are from UGQ and TQs are from MAMW.
Both sets are rated to 20* F. We use generic Tyvek underneath our hammocks as a ground cover.

I'm bad about taking pics of our campsites because typically we make camp late, and then in the morning we're busy cooking, eating and packing up so the camera doesn't get thought of much.

I do have a video of our setup, and also of our quilts, so that will give you a good idea of "how we do it!"

Not the best picture to showcase the setup, but best one I got of it so far.

    20160904_080149.jpg

Hammock: Grand Trunk Skeeter Beeter Pro
Suspension: Rallt tree straps (similar to Atlas straps, but each strap is 10 feet long)
    Tarp: Warbonnet Superfly
Top Insulation: Alps Mountaineering 20 degree duck down mummy bag
Bottom insulation: Big Agnes Oak Street insulated air pad (long/wide version)
Ground sheet: Footprint from my MSR Hubba Hubba NX 2-person tent (because it wasn't being used for anything else).

Hardware used for the tarp is all Dutch bling. Wasp and hook on the ridgeline, tarp fleaz on collars for the tie-outs, & Tato door hooks to fasten the doors open or closed. Cordage for the tarp is 1.75mm red Zing It and 3/32 shock cord. As for staking out the tarp, I'm using MSR Groundhog stakes. I carry a total of 6 stakes, but often times, I can get away with only using 4 or 5 of them.

I have an all DIY system. All fabric is from Walmart.

My hammock is ripstop nylon. Gathered end with CL connected to 6' straps and Dutch Speed Hook, 6' Lead. Fronkey bugnet made from 2 window sheer panels. I also put my gear in a gear hammock next to me.

The tarp is 11'polyester with homemade sil and doors with buttons on each end. Instead of sewing together 2 panels at the RL, I cut one 60" panel in half and sewed the 2 half panels on each side. I use a Lash-it CRL with Dutch Hook and Dutch Flyz.

The quilts are synthetic fill with static free liner. My Summer TQ is blue with sewnthru construction and sewn footbox and Winter TQ(first made) is baffled with snap/drawcord footbox. The UQ's are a partial with synthetic batting and a 7/8 with synthetic fill.

No good pics of quilts yet. The partial UQ can be seen on a few pics.
