You should have a card showing this and every dutch clip you sell is packaged with it. Maybe you do???
    And a free candy bar.
Always love a succinct Dutch video.
    Thank you everybody.

Typically verbose Dutch video. What? Maybe twenty two words, three of which are "Thank you everybody."

    Well done, Dutch. Thank you.

I do it in such a way that the hammock is moved back giving me more room on the side of the hammock I get out on. I move the tarp forward giving me more room on the side of the hammock I get out on. If I reverse that I would have less room on the side I use. I don’t want less space. After seeing Dutche’s video I am not sure I should be doing what I have been doing.

Just wrap your strap the opposite way around the tree, then the correctly placed buckle will be exactly where you want it.

Yep, try counter-clockwise. Strap will be on the other side.

My own take on it at 3:19 in the video.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=giumWY1zknU
I am a bit more verbose than the Dutch.

+1! (Don't feel badly, Alaska Chad, I've been using my Dutch clips incorrectly, too, for ages! Mending my ways starting today! Totally makes perfect sense now that I've seen Dutch's video!) THANKS, DUTCH!!!
