I have a basically brand new HG incubator 40 with 2oz of overfill making it a 30* underquilt. I used this once last year on a trip out to CO and it served me well but with a little one just arriving I won't be fall/winter camping this year. It has been kept in the closet unpacked per instructions, smoke/animal free home.

Was this made to be a 30 degree quilt by increasing baffle size or is it just a standard 40 that is overstuffed?
