I emailed hammock gear on Friday 9/9 with an absurd request. I am leaving for a trip on September 23rd and wanted to get a cuben tarp with doors by then. I emailed hammock gear and asked if it was at all possible and if not, no worries, completely understandable. Cottage shops have lead times and busy schedules, still figured I'd ask. I got an email on Monday 9/12 (yesterday) from Harry saying this is was certainly possible and if I put the order in he'll make sure I receive my tarp before my trip. I put the order in for a standard tarp with doors, tie backs, and a cuben sleeve.

It is now Tuesday 9/13 (the day after placing my order) and I just received a shipping notification.

Hammock Gear, thank you for kicking butt. Sorry If I cut into anyone's lead time waiting on an order. I suppose I'm selfish.

I have had similar experiences with several vendors but I agree, my HG product and CS experience has been stellar...
