A big piece of tyvek, a sizable foam pad, a hammock w/ overcover and a couple hiking poles or sticks and you can bivy any hammock.
I've always preferred a tarp to a tent but I understand the many folks that do not feel that way. The perceived security, privacy of a tent versus a tarp thing I think is a decision or data point, the all in one is another.
Folks that hike alpine will be weight conscious and the all in one seems less attractive to my mind.
Two man tent is alright but then it's a one person hammock, not gonna check both boxes on a single trip, so that's a bit of a miss to my mind as well.
We'll see how the market plays out, the KS did "ok" but curious to see if this actually winds up on the shelf anywhere.
