Just seriously toying with the idea of hammocking instead of tenting, so I thought I better check out the site with the wise ones first. I am a WB member, s just switching gears to get in on the hammock info here too.

Hello and welcome to the forums from Marietta GA. Hammocks aren't for everyone, but IMO they are infinitely more comfortable than sleeping on the ground. Should you come to the same conclusion, happy hanging!

After many backpacking nights bad sleep I finally tried a hammock and my woods time is so much better. Hope you hammocking works out for you like it did me!
