Gates to group site typically open at 8-8:30ish, several folks arrive Thursday night and we hang out in the main campground.

Rough outline of happenings....

FRIDAY

Arrive & Set-Up All Day
Dinner On Going from 5:30ish until 8:00ish Common Area
Hot Dog, Sausage, and Burgers with the fixin's
Group Fire Friday Night Common Area (QUIET HOURS START AT 11:00PM - PLEASE RESPECT YOUR FELLOW CAMPERS)

SATURDAY
Breakfast/Coffee 7:30-9:30am Common Area
Hammock Tour 10:00am Start at Common Area
Gear Swap/Garage Sale 3:00-4:00pm Common Area
Raffle 4:30pm with Group Picture afterwards then dinner, those with chili/stew/food for the meal shoot for 5:30ish Common Area
Dinner 5:30ish until 7:00 or so, really will be ongoing with desserts/coffee etc Common Area
Group Fire All Day Saturday Common Area (QUIET HOURS START AT 11:00PM - PLEASE RESPECT YOUR FELLOW CAMPERS)

SUNDAY
Breakfast/Coffee 7:30-9:30am Common Area
Pack up and be out of camp by 1:00pm

Feel free to add an activity if you have something in mind, just cut and paste this then insert your activity so others know about it.

If you are getting a T-Shirt there are only three days left to place your order. We have ten reserved out of 24 needed, I don't mind buying a few extra to hit the goal and putting them in the raffle but not 14 shirts. If you want a great tee to remind you of a great event be sure to buy one.

To my fellow chocolate lovers:

I was selected as a party hostess to sample some new Russell Stover products. Instead of having a party in my home, I'm bringing the party with me to the hang. I'm looking for 10 fellow chocolate lovers to sample some chocolates, fill out a survey, and have pictures taken (including a group picture). You must sign a release for the pictures.

We will sample on Saturday around 1pm.
