Any idea how many oz of down are in each one? I've been thinking about this as well. Just wasn't sure how much of the listed weight was shell, vs how much was down.

Hey everyone. At my local costco in Eden Prairie MN.

Manager just informed me that the down throws by Black Diamond are on order expected to b on the floor the last week in August. Was over 400 coming to this store.

If there is enough interest, I may setup a group buy for those who cant get them locally and would like a shipment.

He did not tell me price.

Just thought Id let everyone know as they seem to be a hot ticket item.

thanks for the link, I took a deep breath and started modding my throw today just like in the link, turned out good (not great lol I'm no tailor), the extra 10 inches of length makes a big difference. Gotta start ripping seams then sew in a foot box

I just got back from the Costco here in Memphis. The down throws are in stock at that Costco. $19.99.

I guesstimate that there is about 6 ounces of down in each throw. I ripped out the horizontal seams and then removed the down from a couple of the vertical channels and it weighed about 1/2 ounce per channel. That is a close enough measurement for me!
