Spent this past weekend out at the place. Did some clearing. Unfortunately a Burn Ban has been placed on our area from now until Nov 7th. The good thing about that is the possibility of it being lifted the week of our hang. The bad thing about that is I have laid upward of 100 small and some large trees down in the last few weeks. Does not look like I will be able to burn those anytime soon. Will be moving them and processing some for firewood I guess. Heck with Fall, I am ready for Winter already!

Working on some entertainment for Saturday evening. 5-7. Two man acoustic gig. Would everyone be ok with this. They can play absolutely anything and I am sure you could throw a request out there for them. What are everyone's thoughts?

Just a friendly weekend bump! We have PLENTY of room at our hang spot so don't be shy. Signup and join us. Looking at the weather it looks like it is going to be in the mid 60's and low 40's the 11th-13th. Hopefully the burn ban will be lifted by the 7th and a camp fire will not be an issue. Wishing everyone a great weekend. Especially all of those who are traveling to hangs this weekend.

I have never been to a hang and am hoping to come with my family. I will let you know asap. This looks like such a great time, and I hope we can make it.

No rush on letting me know Enodia!! You are welcome to come with as many and whenever you can make it. We would love to have you. I am going to stay out there this weekend and try to finish up cleaning and prepping for the following weekend. Hangs are a great way to meet some awesome folks and see a lot of different setups. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns about the weekend and we will do our best to answer them.
