Thanks for being so quick Marty! I had him add some extra loops on the ridgeline, working good so far!

Nice! And the little bonus supplies were a nice touch. That tarp should come in handy here in a few months!
The Bullfrog worked out nice and I was really happy with it. If a tree branch hadn't poked a hole in it, I wouldn't have felt justified in springing for a new tarp. Sometimes I guess Nature/God/TheUniverse just gives us what we want
Big as the Bullfrog is, though, I realized while using it that I actually wanted a little more interior space when closed down in storm mode (and I think I've commented on that a few times in the past). So this time I decided to go with the generous 13 ft ridgeline, with a special order of extra tie-outs on the ridge to allow for a shorter spacing if needed.
I'd never seen anyone say they'd had extra tie-outs put onto a long tarps ridgeline before and with all of the posts pointing out short tree spacing as a disadvantage of purchasing a longer tarp, I'm kind of surprised no one else thought of it. I'll see how it goes, but I might have another put on so I can hang it inside 10 feet if needed. The weight cost of a couple extra tie-outs is minimal.
Another mod I thought of after is, I should have had him add interior loops on all four side pulls rather than just the two. then I could clip the doors to them when not in use...
Most of the time even in the 0° weather, I didn't feel the need to seal the doors closed, but there were a few times when the wind was howling that I would have liked to and couldn't and The Old Man Winter has Velcro on the doors making that possible.

It will be interesting to see what you end up with when you use the extra ridgeline tie-outs for shorter hangs. Pics and videos will be helpful. looking forward to it!
At Timestamp 10:00 it looks like you found out why most don't use a 13' tarp for your typical 10' to 11' hammocks.
A fix since this tarp is so large you could raise it higher then there would be no hammock suspension interference.
