Long windscreen, like Trail Designs Vari Vent

I am in need of a windscreen like the Vari vent screen made by Trail Designs. It needs to be about 28-30 inches so I can use a frying pan with it.

Do you need 28-30 inch circumference or diameter?

Circumference. My frying pan is about 7.5 inches in diameter. I figure a screen that rolls up like the Vari vent that is 28-30 inch length will give me some room to adjust things. Thanks.
