    Zing it vs. Lash it?

I've done a few searches and they either turn up 500 threads or none. I'm trying to figure out the difference between Zing it (which is apparently yellow and I'm no fan of yellow) and Lash it which is grey. I'm trying to learn a few DIY projects and this Would be for tarp lines and ridgelines. Dutch's Ridgeline kit has both in them.
Would I better off just getting amsteel and learning how to make whoopies?

Zing-it is yellow or red; Lash-it is grey. Otherwise, no difference.

Thanks. It was a bit confusing with the descriptions under his ridgeline kit but I never looked at the spools. Looking at the tarp flies with the included lash it but I need 3 and they come in pairs. Lol. A pair and a wasp? My luck they'd get into a turf fight in the backpack.

I'm sure Dutch can customize your order - give him a call. He's a reasonably nice guy.

There are two different diameters of Zing-It/Lash-It: 1.75mm and 2.2mm.

    1.75mm - 1/16" avg. strength is 500lbs (230kg)
    2.2mm - 3/32" avg. strength is 650lbs (290kg)

I have used both for guy lines and ridge lines. I prefer 2.2mm but Dutch Hooks, Wasps, Stingers, and Flyz are easier to use with 1.75mm.
