The breeze made it feel like lower 90's to upper 80's to me. Comfortable for me. The nights in the woods hit 74 first night and 69 second and I was very comfortable both nights. I love my hammock and it's ability to cool me with the breeze and make it comfortable to sleep in the Florida woods. No bugnet either night and needed my UQ the second night.
74° is too warm for me...AS A HIGH!

Hung out near 3 forks just off the AT in North Georgia Monday and Tuesday night with Old4Hats and our dogs in near perfect conditions. Not so perfect at lower elevations.

I invented that last weekend after the regatta at my buddy's house. I hung my hammock next to his skiff while he powerwashed it. Hot day + mist + poly hammock = evaporative cooling.

I've been at scout camp all week with highs in the mid-90s. It is hot, but not unbearable. Humidity is only 20% and we are on a lake in the mountains.

Surely the mid-90s are down right chilly for someone named Brimstone.

ah, got it. but I still say if you gotta sleep outdoors, I believe hanging is cooler than being on the ground, especially in a tent...
