That's precisely what I've been dealing with this past month. It's been rumored that we'll be heading out for an overnight car camping trip next weekend, but that remains to be seen. In the meantime, I'll just be drooling over everyone else's trip report photos and videos.

Worst part of camping in the Southeast is....

    .....the locals.

There are a lot of inconveniences here in Montana.

You often get splashed walking along some rocky trails.

Getting to your camping site requires complicated decisions.

But well worth it when you get there.

But then you have to get up and hike to the next place.

Someone should report this post for being too mean spirited. That's just not fair.

For something so simple looking it is quite complex.
For me it was easy. For some it is a struggle.
I am bad at math and an under-acheiver...maybe that helps.

Very well said!!!!!!! It really is simple, yet really complicated!
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.
