It's the economic downturn. It's reduced the value of your tarp by 12.5%.

Which is not bad, considering that my 401(k) has been reduced to a 201(k)!

    Dining fly???

That was more like a fully equipped industrial kitchen.

Just curious though, how will treating the outside help condensation? I can understand seeping/weeping from the outside in but I thought condensation was from the inside.

I've got to also say that I've never actually put a tape measure to my tarp. And now thinking about it. The square set up really should give you a 12' ridge line. Unless, of course, this is that new fangled type math!!!????
They don't measure their 12' on the diagonals (like TV's) do they? That would be a real cheap trick.
