    I would say that it depends on the size of the game. Larger animals are going to require more rope/wire than smaller ones to trap. But if you meant tarp lines then a CRL (Continuous Ridgleline) will take the most string (I believe). The most average length for that would be about 20 to 30 feet in string plus your prussiks and tie outs.
