Although never in shortage, we will need a saw for cutting some wood. I will be bringing some firewood to the campsite.

I'm drawn to the open country. Its where the world makes the most sense. When I put myself out there I always return with something new.
We ran in to Hanging Burrito (Bear Bait was fishing, of course) and Packrat in Brevard today. They are going to try to make it.
HB said he has just been really busy with work and family stuff, thus his hiatus from HF.
It was funny seeing them today. I was with Intimidator, ABiggs and Mrs. Foxpoop at a food truck outside of Pisgah Tavern. Intimidator had on his HF Buff. I heard an unmistakeable voice behind us say, "HAMMOCK FORUMS??" I knew before I could turn around that it was HB.
Great to see HB and Packrat and we had a great day celebrating ABiggs' 21st birthday at High Falls this afternoon. About to throw some steaks on the Big Green Egg and continue the party (because the Beastie Boys fought for that stuff).
6 weeks from today we will be having chili supper in the Enchanted Forest!

For anyone who has not attended this hang before meals are on your own except for Saturday evening at 6PM, we have our traditional hotdog roast and chili.

Both are reasonable options, but I think I have another. I remember MoonBear talking about being 1/3 owner of a mega drone. He said it can carry something crazy like 350#, I think. He said he could put in GPS coordinates and have it carry his pack to his campsite. Why not have him "Uberdrone" you up there?
