Hello all,

I posted before on getting tips for a DIY Bridge Hammock. Below are pictures of my updated test model. the sewed dimensions are about 90" long X 46" wide with the head spreader being 40" and foot being 36".

I was trying to figure out how to avoid spending a chunk of change on the titanium bridge hammock ends, and saw Grizz's Ariel video, and had the idea to just make 2 dog bones on each end, and loop them through the webbing. I made the loops on the dog bones 3", which left roughly 2" of gap for the pole ends to fit into (looking back I probably should have made them 2" loops to leave 1" gaps). They seem to work pretty well though, any thoughts on why this might be a good/bad idea?

Also I'm still getting shoulder squeeze (6ft5, 180lbs) at the head end even with the longer spreader bar and shortened hammock width. Anybody have thoughts on this?
