NEW VIDEO: Waking North - Unfinished Business - Part 8

May 2016, nine months since my last hike on the Long Trail. In August of 2015 I suffered the second injury to my right knee and wasn't able to complete my goal of hiking all 272 miles in 2015. I have some unfinished business on the Long Trail.

Join Jon / Data / Recon and I as we take off from the Winooski River area and Walk North towards Sterling Pond by way of Mount Mansfield. We experience some unseasonably high temperatures, both day and night.

    Thanks for watching!

Excellent job, as always, Rob. The views alone are worth the 5 hour drive. Good luck finishing up the trail, buddy.

Cool trail. Vermont is such a nice state to hike in. I got to do an overnighter up to Bamford shelter and back down to parking lot. Didn't have time to finish climbing Camel Hump.

    Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing Rob, the heat would have kicked this olé man's butt!
Every hike begins with the first step and ends with the last one, it is all the steps in between that create all the memories.
