Finally finished my tarp. I decided on a 11' 6" ridgeline, so not quite a winter 12. Seam sealed with Permanent flow-able silicone. Also added an external pole mod. Love the extra space. To hang it from my DIY 35' Dutch style CRL I have two 4 turn prusik CL's with a small bead on them (makes it easier to pull the larks head out later). Then on the ridgeline beastie D-rings there are. Simple ~4-5" diameter loop on 1/8" shock cord with a diamond lanyard knot. This knot goes through a larks head loop on the CL's previously mentioned. Then I pull the prusik tight on the CRL. Works really well, and no need for hardware.
