    Peak shelf

A question for all you six footers out there. How easy do you find it to access items stored in the peak shelf while in the hammock? I am imagine I will mostly use it for extra clothing layers or maybe a book.

Awesome! I'm coming from a war bonnet blackbird XLC and am a little spoiled by the shelf that comes integrated into that hammock. It usually holds my hat, an extra layer, and a book. I know some shorter folks can have trouble reaching the peak shelf from their preferred lay but I was wondering how it worked for taller people .

Great to hear. I was contemplating putting in one of the 20 x 7 side pockets but having it customized with just a single divider to make two larger pockets verse three . I'm not afraid to add items to the hammock but would like to keep the weight down and don't want to add superfluous things. I don't have a ridgeline organizer now so that gives me some versatility in that I added it to this build. The additional organization that lends plus the peak self should be just right I think .
