Awesome Customer Service by Dutch !

I wanted to give a shout out to Dutch and thank him for the awesome customer service !
Short story, I let someone try out my hammock(big mistake). Well his error resulted in my fronky bug net being ripped out on both ends and useless !

I got in touch with Dutch and explained the problem and the fact that this weekend will be my only chance to use my hammock/net for a month as I'm going out of town on work for at least a month.

Dutch came through and I got my new fronkey bug net this afternoon !

The person who shall remain nameless ! tried to get in the hammock and try it out. He got in under the Fronkey and went to sit down on the hammock, but for some unknown reason, missed the hammock and landed on his back. The Fronkey, being made out of mesh didn't hold up under his weight and both ends got ripped, one completely off, the other just ripped. The hammock is big too, 12' long and made out of the 72" wide XL material ! How he missed it is beyond me. It was actually kind of funny, until I realized the bug net was ruined.
