Just finished my 11' by 1.5m hammock.
Measured 11'3" to accommodate channels.
Very flat lay,lengthwise and diagonal.
Didn't even seam the sides.
Beautiful autumn afternoon after a weekend if rain

Nice! My longest so far is a 10' TCF. Napped in it yesterday in my backyard for several hours. Not sure yet if i'll try a longer one any time soon- if it was much more comfortable I'd never get out of it!
Looks good . I've not yet tried an 11ft hammock, but love my 12x6 .
I'd suggest doing a seam on the edges though. It prevents it from fraying, and gives it three times the strength right on the edge where you need it (mostly for things like getting in and out).
Congrats on the new hammock .
Sweet! Both of my DIY hammocks are 11'. For me, 11' seems to be the "golden length".
