Do you have a secondary suspension on your UQ? That can pull the UQ out to the ends more, pulling that centre spot up from sagging.

I think you have now understood the problem. Tightening the suspension that goes length-wise on the UQ should lift it up, like Brian does there in the video. Unlike the end suspension that cinches the ends, don't worry about it being too tight. You want that quilt to be right up against you, otherwise, you get cold air pockets that your body can't warm, but yet your body heat will be sucked into the space, with nothing to hold it and give to back to you.
So basically, I think you need to work out your suspension system, but while you work on it and want to actually sleep, use those side clips.
If I loosen the ends the quilt hugs my legs and the sag is gone. There is a small air channel in a large wringle of the hammock. When I hang my loftier uq it fills that gap. My butt is the only place I feel a temperature difference. I wouldnt describe it as cold but its colder than everywhere else. Any thoughts on that? Would down fill these voids better? My 10 degree cs uq maybe has 1.5" of loft. My 40 degree is probably under an inch of loft.
On a side note, is there a place to get down that they guarantee it isn't plucked off live birds?

where the calf ridge usually is on the inner leg is a likely culprit. it creates a gap underneath.
Your Under Quilt is adjusted to snug on the draft collar, if you have it adjusted uptight enough to the hammock. That's my guess as Brian's posted video illustrated.
I use a Jar Bridge underquilt and can attest that Paul nailed it. My coldest hang was in the high teens. I spent two nights in it. First night was PERFECT. Second night I intially had the draft ends to snug. When awakened by the coolness in my shoulder and calf area's, I made the proper adjustments and slept comfortably until after sunrise. God Bless
I did have them too tight. I loosened them and it improved. Thanks!
